What to expect in the Live Lesson

Rhys Stephenson and Evie Pickerill host a jam-packed show full of gentle mood-boosting moves to help us recharge our minds and bodies.

In the Live Lesson we share tips and techniques for dealing with our worries, building self-belief and ing pupils’ mental health during exams and other challenging times.

Mental health expert Dr Tharaka Gunarathne is on hand to offer and we’re ed by some famous faces throughout the lesson – including a very special appearance from Pudsey Bear!

What is BBC Moodboosters?

BBC Moodboosters is an initiative to get primary school children around the UK moving for mental health and wellbeing.

We've teamed up with Children in Need to provide short, simple and fun videos featuring famous faces from across the BBC and beyond.

Moodboosters videos can help children understand and express their emotions and feelings.
