Luton manager Rob Edwards speaking to Sky Sports:
"I don't think there's any doubt we are on the right track.
"We always ask the lads to be brave and there was a lot there to like about the performance. It wasn't too much tactically, it was more around belief and sticking together. They showed that today, the lads, and they always do.
"You could see them snatching at things, especially in the first-half. I want the guys to be a bit freer. Like [Tahith] Chong was for the goal.
"Overall without getting the three points, it was still a good night for us.
"The job takes it out of you. I'm giving it my all, we all are. We've had a run where we are so close, so often. Everyone says we've just got to keep going and let's hope they are right."

West Brom head coach Carlos Corberan speaking to Sky Sports: "I think in general it was difficult to impose our identity today. We knew that they would be aggressive in the press when we had the ball in our half.
"But for me, we didn't find a way in the first-half to create the game we wanted to create, that was to play the game in the attacking half.
"In the second-half, the team went on the pitch with the idea to see if we could correct it and play better.
"We tried to play from the back but we lost the ball and they scored the goal. They created the mistake with aggressiveness.
"And then in the end, the reaction of the team, we tried to go for the result we wanted to achieve. But in general, it's a game we didn't do many things to get more than a point.
"We didn't manage the game well enough to achieve a positive result."

Luton captain Carlton Morris speaking to Sky Sports: "I think it's another excellent performance from us at home. It's three on the bounce now for performances we can be proud of. It would just be nice to bring the points as well.
"We're getting the balls in the right areas so much, it's just that bit of quality, that ruthless streak at the end that we're missing at the moment. But it will come."
On whether Luton felt hard done by to be 1-0 down at half-time: "Yeah, a little bit to be honest. But when it's going that way for you at the minute, that's the way football to tends to go.
"But no one was down at half-time. The gaffer gave a great talk that got us all motivated to come out in the second-half and put on that display."
On the result and Tahith Chong's goal: "I'm really proud of the performance and I think he [Chong] is being modest. It was a really cracking goal."

Luton forward Tahith Chong speaking to Sky Sports:
"The way Rob Edwards spoke to us [during half-time], he knew we didn't deserve to be 1-0 down. He was trying to motivate us.
"I think we feel the last three home performances has been good. We haven't got the results we wanted but we've just keep working as a group. The manager, he's been brilliant as well."
As for the goal...
"The way we wanted to press, I saw the coming. I went a bit earlier and I was lucky to get there."

Tonight's result doesn't really move the needle much in the top half of the Championship.
West Brom remain in fifth place courtesy of their point against Luton.
They're now seven points off leaders Sunderland and two points off the automatic promotion places.
But sixth-placed Blackburn and seventh-placed Watford are just two points behind and the chasing pack have a game in hand on Albion coming into the weekend's fixture line-up.

Luton 1-1 West Brom
In a game where most of it could be found on the cutting room floor, there's two pieces of cinematic magic that sees both teams go home with a goal apiece.
Tahith Chong's low strike into the bottom corner in the second-half had all the drama and class that Albion's Josh Maja's cheeky backheel did in the first.
But for the most part, neither side had a particularly outstanding showing and the result is exactly what it should be. West Bromwich go a seventh game without a win while Luton Town do enough to get out the relegation zone but stay in dangerous territory.
The ball is spending almost as much time in the air as it is on the ground in these final minutes, both teams trying to desperately clutch for a chance up near the goal mouth.
Luton keeper Thomas Kaminski hasn't had much to do all game but he's made sure to keep his eyes on the ball.
Albion substitute Devante Cole meets the ball on the end of his bicycle kick for what could have been a real flashy way to regain the lead but Kaminski's safe hands blocks the path.
Another attack for Luton, another chance for Tahith Chong.
Shandon Baptiste cuts a short through to the forward from within the box but Chong can't get it past the defender and his effort goes out for a goal kick.
Meanwhile, the ball goes up the other end for a chance for Albion substitute Mikey Johnston but it doesn't threaten and it's back to Luton to try again.

That’s the save of the night, no doubt. Fantastic reflexes from Alex Palmer. He must have seen it late, it came through so many bodies. That is outstanding.
Luton goal scorer Tahith Chong has come alive and wants another.
He unleashes a strike towards the net and through the Albion defenders legs but keeper Alex Palmer is privy to the danger and gets down low to stop the shot.
The bounce falls to his teammates' feet and the danger is dispelled.

Luton Town came from behind to earn a deserved point as they extended West Bromwich Albion's winless Championship run to seven matches.
Josh Maja's craftily-taken flick trickled in to give Albion the lead in first-half injury time - their only effort at goal before the interval.
But Luton drew level on 60 minutes from Birmingham City old boy Tahith Chong's well-taken low left-foot shot on a fast break.
That now means five straight draws for Carlos Corberan's Baggies, while Luton have now picked up just five points out of a possible last 21 - and their escape from the relegation zone will only be temporary if both Cardiff City and Plymouth Argyle avoid defeat on Saturday.
Albion boss Carlos Corberan had already been forced into two changes from the 0-0 home draw against Cardiff City by injury - but he opted to make two more in his frontline.
Without both Semi Ajayi and Paddy McNair, Callum Styles came in for only his second start at left-back, allowing Torbjorn Heggem to move into the middle alongside Mason Holgate, making his first start since his August return to the club on loan from Everton.
Corberan also brought back club captain Jed Wallace and Karlan Grant higher up, in place of John Swift and Mikey Johnston.
Luton's two changes were both caused by the loss of Tom Holmes and Alfie Doughty through suspension following last Saturday's loss at Coventry, offering recalls at the back for Amari'i Bell and Teden Mengi.
Digesting the team news appeared the only thing of interest in a desperately poor first half lengthened by five minutes of injury time caused by a hold-up in play when there was concern about the health of a travelling er - a particularly poignant moment in the wake of the death of Albion fan Mark Townsend after he fell ill at Hillsborough just over a month ago.
But it was actually in the fourth minute of that added time when Albion scored - with their first moment of attacking endeavour.
Grant took on his marker, squared across a low left-foot and Maja, facing away from goal, cheekily flummoxed the Luton defence with a right-foot Cruyff flick that brushed Jordan Clark's ankle as it spun slowly into the unguarded bottom-right corner of the net.

Luton's equaliser bang on the hour also came right out of the blue after an equally quiet start to the second half.
Alex Mowatt sloppily lost possession, Chong raced away down the left and, when he reached the corner of the box, he drilled home a powerfully-struck low left-foot shot which found the same corner of the Kenilworth Road End net.
Albion keeper Alex Palmer might have thought he could have done better, but it was sweetly struck by Chong, who then tested him again, this time with a low right-foot shot which went through Darnell Furlong's legs to give the Baggies No1 even less time to make a smart reaction save.
Daiki Hashioka then hit the outside of the left post for the hosts, while Albion also enjoyed a late flurry to cap a considerably better second half – but a draw was the right result.
Who’s next?
Albion, who remain fifth after their fifth successive draw, will be out of the top six if both Blackburn Rovers, who are home to Sheffield United at lunchtime, and Watford, who visit Sheffield Wednesday later, both win on Saturday.
The Baggies are next in action on Thursday night with a home game against Burnley, while Luton have another key home game the previous night on Wednesday against fellow strugglers Cardiff.
Luton Town boss Rob Edwards told BBC Three Counties Radio:
“A point was what we got and we have to take it but we deserved more. The momentum was with us the whole time. And we hit the woodwork with Hashy.
“To concede at the time we did just before the break made us make some changes and we had to take a few more risks, but that's what we're paid for.
“We’ve had three really good performances here at the Kenny in a row – and I really think we should have won all three.
“It’s difficult for all of us at the moment but the fans have stuck with us.”
West Bromwich Albion boss Carlos Corberan told BBC Radio WM:
"In general, I was happy with the defence. I was happy to achieve the point.
"You can criticise the way we tried to play. But you cannot criticise the effort.
Luton Town have won one of their last eight league games against West Brom (D2 L5), a 2-0 win in February 2022.
