Hants 55-0 v Yorks 121
Big shout from Ben Cliff.
May just have been missing leg-stump so Fletcha Middleton survives.
A super cover drive gets Tom Lammonby off the mark with a boundary to his 11th ball as Tom Taylor overpiitches a tad.
Matthew Waite has to rummage around in the covers beyond the boundary rope to retrieve the ball.
Slow progress, but steady.
Hants 55-0 v Yorks 121
Big shout from Ben Cliff.
May just have been missing leg-stump so Fletcha Middleton survives.
Warks v Sussex 192-4
We are going to have spin from both ends at Edgbaston as Rob Yates comes into the Warwickshire attack.
Tazeem Ali has bowled tidily enough with the wicket of James Coles so let's see what Mr Yates can add to proceedings.
Somerset 21-1 v Worcs 154

It was a good low diving catch away to his right from Gareth Roderick.
It's not the most auspicious start from the new Somerset opening partnership. It's the sort of dismissal you can always get early season in red-ball cricket.
There's a sympathetic applause for Archie Vaughan.
Hants 53-0 v Yorks 121
Great shot by Mark Stoneman who leans on a ball from Ben Cliff and collects his fourth boundary.
Jonny Bairstow calls up George Hill to see if the all-rounder can supply a breakthrough.
Notts v Durham 205-5
Graham Clark picks up a four and then takes a single off Farhan Ahmed as Notts turn back to spin.
He's steadily up to 16 and takes Durham past 200, with five wickets down.
Colin Ackermann continues to tick along and takes Ahmed for a 13th four.
The South African-born batter moves within 12 of a century.
Essex 185-2 v Surrey
It feels like a slow second session at Chelmsford but Essex have still added 71 runs since the interval for the loss of Tom Westley.
Jordan Clark goes past the outside edge of Jordan Cox's bat who has made 23 from 49 balls which is pretty conservative for him.
Higgins c Hurst b Balderson 13 (Middx 215-4 v Lancs)
Lancashire needed that.
George Balderson finds the edge and Matty Hurst takes his thid catch of the Middlesex first innings.
Ben Geddes comes out to Leus du Plooy.
Notts v Durham 190-5

BBC Radio Newcastle
It's Colin Ackermann's 34th birthday today. He's on 80. He's just been bowled by Lyndon James but the bails didn't fall off so he's still out there.
I think he should buy a lottery ticket as well.
There were plenty of celebrations from the Notts players but Ackermann stayed in his crease and eventually the penny dropped.
Hants 47-0 v Yorks 121
Ben Coad perseveres in the seventh over of his spell.
But there's very little movement out there and Mark Stoneman clips him away for a couple, followed by a single to progress to 30 not out.
Who can conjure up a wicket for Yorkshire? Too early for Dom Bess, you'd think, but maybe he could find a bit of turn as Liam Dawson did earlier on.
Vaughan c Roderick b Taylor 12 (Somerset 21-1 v Worcs 154)
Commentator's curse.
A fine piece of bowling from Tom Taylor brings the 16-ball knock of Archie Vaughan to an end.
The Pears strike bowler angles a ball in which shapes away from Vaughan's defensive push and takes his outside edge.
Gareth Roderick does the rest behind the timbers. Tom Lammonby s Sean Dickson.
Somerset 20-0 v Worcs 154
A shot the old man would be proud of.
Archie Vaughan takes a small step down the wicket and pushes forward with minimal effort. An on-drive full of grace and timing which earns four.
A false shot then finds the third man boundary for back-to-back fours as Vaughan moves to 12 off 14 balls.
Notts v Durham 190-5
Durham are digging in here as Notts plug away for a sixth wicket.
Colin Ackermann picks up a 12th four of his innings, this time off Lyndon James, to move to 80.
But what's happened here?
James sneaks one past Ackermann's defences and clips the off-stump. The Notts all-rounder is dancing down the wicket but then realises that, somehow, both bails remains in their groove.
The umpire walks down and lifts up the offending bail to prove that superglue has not been applied. How's your luck?
A birthday gift for the doughty Durham batter.
Middx 215-3 v Lancs
Lancashire can't afford that sort of profligacy.
Tom Bailey sends down four no-balls in an over which costs him 14, including Leus du Plooy's fourth boundary.
The Middlesex batter is now 34 not out.
Hants 41-0 v Yorks 121
A near thing for Fletcha Middleton.
Ben Coad is convinced he has him lbw but the umpire gives the Hampshire opener the benefit of a very slender doubt.
Middleton is 15 not out and Mark Stoneman has 26.
Essex 178-2 v Surrey
Jordan Cox brings up a 50 partnership with Paul Walter by swiping James Taylor to the mid-wicket boundary.
Walter now has 85 - could he be the first man to three figures this season?
Warks 179-4 v Sussex
Tom Clark tickles one around the corner off Tazeem Ali to collect his 50th run.
It's come from 145 balls with seven boundaries.
James Coles got out shortly after reaching his 50 but Sussex need Clark to stick in there.
Somerset 0-0 v Worcs 154

BBC Radio Somerset
Somerset, despite not being at it in the first hour or so, were very impressive thereafter. They've dismissed Worcestershire for 154.
Kasey Aldridge was the star of the show and really set the ball rolling, with five wickets in quick succession.
Somerset 0-0 v Worcs 154
Ben Allison also takes the new ball for Worcestershire as Archie Vaughan takes strike for the first time this season.
I wonder if his dad is a nervous watcher? He's ed the Taunton spectators today.
Allison's first ball swings away wide of the leg stump and is lucky not to be called a wide.
It's back-to-back maidens for the Pears.
Tom Taylor then has a huge shout for lbw against Sean Dickson, and it looks mighty close.
Dickson shoulders arms but is struck high in his front pad. The umpire remains unmoved.
Middx 195-3 v Lancs
Ryan Higgins is warming to his task at Lord's, with a boundary in each of the last two overs from Will Williams and Tom Bailey.
Higgins and Leus du Plooy have shown they are capable of heavy scoring in the past and Lancashire will want to break this partnership quickly.
George Balderson replaces Williams but concedes a boundary to du Plooy, who is 28 not out.
