To celebrate 50 years making records, Mal Pope invited a collection of old friends to him for a celebration concert at Swansea Arena on 3rd October 2024.
The concert marked the climax to a special year for Mal. It was on 3rd October 1973 that Mal signed to Elton John's Rocket Records and so began a career that has seen him record with Elton John and Bonnie Tyler, tour the world with Art Garfunkel and Belinda Carlisle and write songs for artists including Cliff Richard and the Hollies.
