  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, pickle relish and smoked paprika.

  2. Squeeze in a little lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to finish.

  3. Serve with a final light sprinkling of smoked paprika if desired. Kept in the fridge in an airtight container, this dressing will stay fresh for 3–5 days.
