Oyonnax lock Ewan Johnson has been named as a late replacement for Jonny Gray on the Scotland bench to face in their final match of this season's Six Nations in Paris.
Bordeaux 30-year-old Gray misses his chance to earn an 81st cap because of a knee injury.
Johnson, born in England with a Welsh mother and Scottish father but who also qualifies for through residency, made his international debut last year and will earn his fifth cap should he come off the bench on Saturday.
Currently playing in the French second tier, the 25-year-old has agreed a two-year contract to Top 14 club Bayonne this summer.
