Mobeen and Nate are just weeks from the end of their sentence, but Mobeen’s work as one of the prison’s 'listeners' gets him into trouble with a terrifying inmate from another wing - a man known simply as Megalodon. Megalodon is determined to get a transfer to Mobeen’s wing so he can confront him about meddling in his business.
Mobeen and Nate also have to deal with prison officer Saj, who is a constant thorn in their side. Alongside all this, Mobeen gets a visit from Aqsa, who is getting frustrated with certain aspects of life at medical school.
Mobeen also pays a visit to the prison’s multifaith chaplain, who is a familiar figure, and another old face has a mission for Mobeen that could throw him back into a whole world of trouble - but will he take it on?
