Star Wars – BBC SSO play Mozart – The Sixteen – St. Magnus Festival

Jamie MacDougall looks ahead to this year's St Magnus Festival plus conductor Harry Christopher shares news of an exciting concert by The Sixteen in Ayrshire.

Jamie MacDougall presents music from Star Wars, the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No 17 in G major with guest soloist Javier Perianes and Nicola Benedetti plays the music of Elgar. Conductor Harry Christopher shares news of a special concert by The Sixteen marking the launch of this year’s Cumnock Tryst, plus there’s news of this year’s St Magnus Festival with Director Alasdair Nicolson.
