On the morning of their second wedding anniversary, Stacey and Joe share how they met and fell in love. Raising five children aged between 1 and 16 is no mean feat, especially combined with ambitious ion projects like building a two-acre fishing lake. Joe quips that Pickle Cottage is a lot like his and Stacey's relationship, and that they're constantly working on it.
