Heather is shocked when Andrew reacts angrily to her cancelling their plans, while Cora resolves to take action as Max and Tanya's relationship continues to suffer.
Andrew looks at engagement rings while Heather finds herself caught in the middle of Dot and Rose’s wedding plans. Heather asks Patrick to give her away, welling up when he says he’d be honoured. Shirley is gutted that Phil is refusing to see her and further crushed when she discovers Patrick is giving Heather away. Heather promises she was going to ask Shirley to be Maid of Honour. Heather tells Andrew that she’s agreed to spend Valentines with Shirley, causing him to fly into a rage. It’s clear Andrew is hiding a secret when he tells Rose not to breathe a word of what happened or she’ll be dead to him.
Jack marks the days he can see Amy on a calendar. When Derek lies that Roxy is already palming Amy off, Jack heads to the Mitchells’ and hammers on the door. Roxy tells Jack to leave as he’s scaring Amy. When Max points to Amy in the window Jack calms down; Max warning him he’s risking not being part of Amy’s life at all. Jack apologises to Roxy but she suggests they stick to what the courts agreed. Jack tells Derek that at least he’s got one brother to give him good advice. As Roxy heads to bed she doesn’t notice Derek watching from the shadows.
Tanya receives confirmation of her scan details. Cora clocks Max eyeing Lucy up, later voicing Tanya’s fears of never feeling like a woman again. Max tells Jack he knows Tanya isn’t ready for sex but that’s fine; he just wants to give her a cuddle.
Tiffany is in a strange mood, telling Carol she saw Bianca and Ray hugging. Bianca assures Carol that nothing is going on before taking the kids to visit Sonia.
Fatboy convinces Janine to give him a trial slot at the R&R.
