Bristol Rovers player launches mental health walk

Bristol Rovers player Taylor Moore has partnered with the Bristol Rovers Community Trust to launch a new mental health initiative called “5K Your Way.”

This new project aims to promote both physical and mental well-being, encouraging participants to take part in a 5K walk while engaging in open conversations about mental health.

The first walk is scheduled for 18:30 BST on Thursday starting from the SS Great Britain.

The initiative highlights the importance of combining physical activity with social connection to enhance mental health.
