Ingredients

  • 30g/1oz slice wholemeal or granary bread
  • 1 small banana (75g/2½oz peeled weight), mashed
  • 1 small pot low-fat, sugar-free yoghurt (65 kcal or fewer)

Method

  1. Toast the bread. Spread the mashed banana over the toast and serve with the yoghurt.
