This speedy stir fry makes for the perfect weekday dinner. Ready in under 15 minutes, that's what we call fast food.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Place a wok over a high heat. Once hot, add the vegetable oil and reduce the heat to medium. Add the beansprouts, cooked chicken and onion, and stir-fry for 1 minute

  2. Add the blanched noodles and stir-fry for a further 30 seconds.

  3. Add the dark and light soy sauce, oyster sauce and a pinch of white pepper. Toss in the pan to coat the noodles, chicken and vegetables.

  4. Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes, until the noodles become slightly crisp.

  5. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the sesame oil and spring onions, then serve.
