An easy, refreshing and zingy pea and mint dip perfect for tortillas chips, vegetable crisps or even as a replacement for guacamole.
Method
Place the peas and yoghurt into a blender and blend until smooth then tip into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
