Erin meets the Rockhopper Penguins
Erin is a wildlife camerawoman based in the USA, who has filmed nature documentaries across the world for lots of television networks. And today, she's meeting rockhopper penguins!
"It's amazing to see such a tiny bird take on cliffs that are so big!"
On this mission, Erin visits the Falkland Islands to find why the population of rockhopper penguins has fallen by 80 percent since the 1930s. She also gets to check out how these small birds manage to climb such high cliffs, and how they earned their Rockhopper name!
You can watch the whole series of Planet Defenders featuring Erin and a team of young conservationists as they set out to protect our planet and its amazing wildlife on iPlayer right now!
